All requests for auction items must be made in writing. The request should be sent in and received by the Eagles 4 to 6 weeks in advance of the event, on the letterhead of your organization and sent to the attention of the Community Relations Department: Philadelphia Eagles Each request must include an email address, day and evening phone numbers where you can be reached, as well as the day and location of the event of the auction. *** Please note that due to the large volume of requests that we receive, not all requests can be filled. The Eagles can only send items to 501(c)3 organizations in the immediate Philadelphia region including Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware. Please also note that the Eagles can only provide one item to each organization per season. *** For fans seeking donation requests that are not associated with a 501(c)3 organization, for monetary donations only, please consider contacting Fans Helping Fans at www.FansHelpingFans.org. All requests for player appearances must be made in writing. The request should be on the letterhead of your organization and sent 4 to 6 weeks prior to the event to the attention of the Community Relations Department at the Philadelphia Eagles. Letters should be sent to: Philadelphia Eagles Requests can also be faxed to (215) 339-6745. Each request should include an email address, day and evening phone numbers where you can be reached, the day, time and location of the appearance, and the fee to be paid to the player (where applicable). Please note that due to the players' limited schedule and large volume of requests that we receive, not all requests can be filled. Call (215) 339-6886 and ask for Ryan Hughes.  Rates for all appearances depend on the event and the player involved, and we MUST receive a written request prior to quoting a price for an appearance. Please see the information above on how to submit your request in writing. To contact a player or to send fan mail, you may send your letter to that player's attention care of: Philadelphia Eagles Items must be sent with a self-addressed stamped envelope. Due to the large volume of requests that we have received in the past, and the fact that we cannot take responsibility for or guarantee the return of your personal items, the Eagles do not accept items to be signed by players.
