1. Entry: To enter contest, register at philadelphiaeagles.com. Participants will be asked to provide first and last name, e-mail address, and other relevant information. Participants will be asked to provide a short essay about their greatest moment as an Eagles fan. The contest begins August 20, 2007 and will end on November 17, 2007 11:59:59 p.m. ET. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 17, 2007. Proof of entry submission does not equate to proof of receipt.  All fully completed and timely received entries shall be referred to hereinafter as "eligible entries" (subject to verification). All participants' information shall be collected solely by the Philadelphia Eagles and its agents.

2. Eligibility: The contest is offered only in the United States to legal residents of the Philadelphia Eagles' "Home Marketing Area" (as such term is defined in the NFL Constitution from time to time), which, as of the date hereof, consists of (i) the City of Philadelphia and the surrounding territory to the extent of seventy-five (75) miles in every direction from the exterior corporate limits of Philadelphia, except that in any case where another NFL team holds a franchise for a city whose exterior corporate limits are within one hundred (100) miles of the exterior corporate limits of Philadelphia (including New York and Baltimore), the territory shall only extend to and include an area of one-half the distance between such city and Philadelphia, and (ii) the remainder of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (other than the area extending seventy-five (75) miles in every direction from the exterior corporate limits of any city in Pennsylvania (other than Philadelphia) for which another NFL team holds a franchise (including Pittsburgh)), who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.  Employees and representatives of the Philadelphia Eagles, Employees of Lincoln Financial Group and its brands ("Sponsors") and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, franchisees, licensees, officers, directors, employees, vendors, subsidiaries, distributors, suppliers, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies and Alliance Marketing Partners, Inc. including their immediate families, are not eligible to enter (collectively, the "Released Parties"). The Released Parties will not be responsible for late, misdirected or lost entries or for any computer, online, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider/Internet/Web site/usenet accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention that may occur. The authorized account holder of the e-mail address and the entrant must be the same person. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the property of the Released Parties and will not be returned to entrant or acknowledged. Potential winners may be requested to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potential winning entry. This promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law.

3. Drawing and Notification: Seventy-five (75) winners (the "Prize Winners") will be selected, one (1) per day, from September 5, 2007-November 18, 2007 from all eligible entries. In addition, a limited number of entrants will be selected to share their story for a television or in-game videoboard feature.  Each Prize Winner will be informed of the prize via phone call or e-mail. The Released Parties have the sole authority to determine the Prize Winners and such decisions are final and binding in all respects.  All entry essays must contain original content, not copied from any other source, or the entry will be disqualified.  Potential winners will be notified by e-mail or by phone. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, such person may be disqualified, with an alternate winner selected.

4. Prize: Each Prize Winner will receive the following: One (1) Eagles Seventy-Fifth (75th) Anniversary merchandise item; The prize is nontransferable. No substitutions will be made except at the sole discretion of the Released Parties. This prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

5. Accepting Prizes: The Prize Winner consents to use of name, employer, likeness, portrait, picture, photographs, voice and the submission entry for editorial, advertising, promotional and publicity purposes without further consent or compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winner agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Released Parties, all media outlets and all participating contest affiliates from all claims or damages arising out of the acceptance, use, misuse or the possession of the prize received. The Prize Winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability of Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, prior to release of the prize. 

6. General Conditions: This contest is governed by the laws of the United States and is void where restricted or prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Prize Winner. 

7. Use of Name: Entrants further grant to the Released Parties the right to use their proper name and state online and in print or any other media, in connection with the contest except where prohibited by law. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Released Parties to use Prize Winners' names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.  The winner will be required to obtain a release from their employer or organization with which they are affiliated in order to have its employer or organization featured or mentioned online, in print, or in any other media.

8. Conduct: By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at www.philadelphiaeagles.com throughout the contest. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the Released Parties that shall be final and binding in all respects. The Released Parties reserve the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or Web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE RELEASED PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitations of Liability:  The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submission in the contest. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this contest. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Released Parties, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, the Released Parties reserve the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this contest, but in no event attorneys' fees.   IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF INTERNET SITE WWW.PHILADELPHIAEAGLES.COM OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SUCH SITE.  WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THIS SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.  SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
