At PhiladelphiaEagles/kids, boys and girls can play games, learn more about all the positions in football and how to play them, and even meet real NFL stars and the teams of people behind the scenes who make the team and the entire NFL work. It's all part of our effort to help kids learn more about and understand the greatest sport around.
Collection of Personally Identifiable Information
We do not ask for any personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary for your child to participate in PhiladelphiaEagles.com/kids activities.
There is lots to do on the PhiladelphiaEagles/kids website that does not require the submission of personally identifiable information. We generally limit the information we collect from kids to information such as initials or a fictional screen names. We will not link initials or fictional screen names to information that will personally identify the child.
In order to allow your child to participate in certain activities, we may periodically request limited, personally identifiable information from your child that will be used in relation to promotions, contests, newsletters or other similar activities. If the activity involves only a one-time contact with your child, we will request that the child provide an email address. If the activity involves more than one contact with your child, we will also request that your child provide your email address. We will use your email address to send you an email letting you know about your child's contact and give you the opportunity to decline your child's participation in the activity.
If your child is selected as the winner in one of our contests or promotions, we will notify you at the email address submitted by your child. We will only collect the full name, mailing address and other personally identifiable information from you, the parent, and not from your child. We also allow parents to enroll their children in activities that require the collection of personally identifiable information, such as our Eagles Kids Club.
Other Information We May Collect
We may periodically offer activities where kids can send messages to their friends, such as "tell a friend" notices about contests or online greetings. To send these messages, we will ask your child for their first name and email address and the email address of their friend. Information collected for this purpose will be used to send the requested message and then all information collected for this purpose will be deleted.
If they're interested, kids may sign up for a variety of Philadelphia Eagles email updates. These updates will allow kids to receive an email news update about new features, promotions and activities on PhiladelphiaEagles.com/kids. In addition, parents or guardians can also sign up for email news updates for themselves, such as our Eagles Kids Club newsletters that provide periodic email updates about PhiladelphiaEagles/kids, football related events and special offers from our partners.
Signing up for the email updates is voluntary. And you or your kids can stop receiving them at any time. Every email we send includes information on unsubscribing from our mailing list. If you or your kids no longer wish to receive an email message, just use this feature to unsubscribe.
Parental Approval and Review
When a child signs up for an activity where we collect and save personally identifiable information, such as email updates, they will be asked to provide only their name, email address and a parent's email address. We ask for a parent's email address so we can help moms and dads stay aware of their children's online activities. Parents at any time can send an email to kidsclub@philadelphiaeagles.com to review the information collected about your child, ask to have it deleted and request that children be removed from mailing lists.

We will only use personally identifiable information for the purpose for which it is collected. We do not share personally identifiable information with third parties except on a confidential and secure basis to those parties that help us administer our website or related activities.
