The Eagles secured the NFC's best record after the Christmas night win over Oakland and therefore cementing home-field advantage throughout the playoffs. Next on the schedule is a game with no playoff implications for either team as the Dallas Cowboys have already been eliminated from postseason consideration this past weekend.

The questions for head coach Pederson during Monday's press conference mostly centered on how much he will play the starters. The 46-man gameday roster means not everyone will get a day off.

"Injuries play a factor in that and ... if you do the math, some of your starters are going to have to play," he said.

Quarterback Nick Foles has just two starts under his belt this season. Foles finished his first start with four touchdowns and followed the performance with a one touchdown, one interception outing against the Raiders. It's possible Pederson could play Foles in the regular-season finale.

"If that's the approach, I would have rested him last night quite honestly," Pederson answered when asked if he'd consider resting Foles to avoid injury. "I can't worry about that. I've got to play and get him as many reps as he can and then be smart about it.

"We have a lot of football left and our season really is just beginning quite honestly but we'll be smart. Make good decisions as a coaching staff. Talk to the coordinators about play time and all that and we'll have a good plan later into the week."

As for Monday night's injuries, defensive end Brandon Graham (ankle) is listed as day to day according to Pederson but is "OK." Guard Stefen Wisniewski also remains day to day with an ankle injury after missing Philadelphia's last two games.

Pederson said he would continue to evaluate rookie cornerback Sidney Jones, who is practicing under the 21-day window after spending most of the season on the Reserve/Non-Football Injury list with an Achilles injury.

"That's one of the spots where we'll have to take a look at this week to see where he's at physically," Pederson said. "I know he's healthy and all that but listen, he hasn't taken a hit in a long time too so it'll be day to day. I want to see where he's at at the end of the week."
