The 2016 NFL Scouting Combine has officially come and gone, and the NFL Draft is slowly coming into reach. The Eagles, of course, hold the 13th overall selection in the first round. Alex Smith has predicted the first 12 picks, and if this is how the draft unfolds, who would you select?

1. Tennessee Titans – LB Myles Jack

I'm going off the board with the first pick, but I don't think Jack rising to No. 1 is too far-fetched. A lot of the draft experts and insiders have heard from evaluators that the UCLA linebacker is the best player in the draft and that he can play up to five different positions on a defense. The Titans need a lot of help, including at offensive line, which makes Laremy Tunsil a likely target. But if they need help in other spots, why not take the best available player, Myles Jack.

2. Cleveland Browns – QB Jared Goff

The Browns taking a quarterback in the first round is not an original thought, but it's true that after the Johnny Manziel saga, the Browns are in need of a top young quarterback. Goff versus Carson Wentz in this spot is up for debate, but I think Goff fits the mold that new head coach Hue Jackson is looking for in his quarterback. A couple of weeks ago, the "top three" quarterbacks seemed to all be grouped very closely together, but Goff is now picking up a lot of momentum toward being the first off the board.

3. San Diego Chargers – T Laremy Tunsil

The top offensive lineman comes off the board. Tunsil will instantly become an impact player, helping keep Philip Rivers upright. He can also improve the Chargers' run game, which will be key for running back Melvin Ingram, whom the Chargers took in the first round last season. Fran Duffy has said that Tunsil is the best offensive line prospect he's watched in the last few years, and that's good enough for me.

4. Dallas Cowboys – RB Ezekiel Elliott

Jerry Jones likes to make a splash, and Elliott would certainly be a splashy name, but it would also be a very wise choice for the Cowboys. Darren McFadden was serviceable last season, but pairing Elliott with that offensive line is a win-win for Dallas. I don't see Elliott making it out of the top five. He's a physical runner who also has breakaway speed. He'd be a perfect fit in Dallas.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars – EP Joey Bosa

Many mocks think that Myles Jack would be a great fit here for the Jaguars, and he would be, but with Jack off the board, Joey Bosa is the defensive piece that the Jaguars need. Last year's No. 3 overall pick, Dante Fowler Jr., missed the entire season due to a knee injury. Pairing Fowler and Bosa in the defensive front would be a major building block for an up-and-coming team.

6. Baltimore Ravens – DB Jalen Ramsey

Depending on who you ask, Ramsey could be the best talent in the draft. He's an athletic freak, so it would be surprising to see a potential shutdown corner fall to No. 6, but that's the way I see things shaking out. The Ravens jump at the opportunity to select Ramsey.

7. San Francisco 49ers – DE DeForest Buckner

The 49ers are another team with numerous areas to address throughout the depth chart. A few years ago, players like Aldon and Justin Smith and Patrick Willis made that defensive front formidable. Now, the 49ers are in need of a playmaker in the front seven. Of course, the Chip Kelly connection doesn't hurt.

8. Miami Dolphins – CB Vernon Hargreaves

Hargreaves is up there with Jalen Ramsey in talks of the top corner in the draft, and the Dolphins are in need of a young playmaker on the back end. With Cameron Wake, Ndamukong Suh and Olivier Vernon (transition tagged) up front, Hargreaves' job in Miami will be much easier. Hargreaves stays in the state of Florida and makes a big splash as a Dolphin.

9. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – EP Noah Spence

The Buccaneers' offensive outlook is bright, with quarterback Jameis Winston, wide receiver Mike Evans and tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins. The defense still has room to improve, and adding Spence would certainly improve the Bucs' pass-rushing efforts. Though new head coach Dirk Koetter has an offensive mindset, I think he'll look to shore up the defense with his first pick as the Bucs' head coach.

10. New York Giants – EP Kevin Dodd

Back-to-back pass rushers come off the board. Even with Jason Pierre-Paul getting back on the field late last season, the Giants are in need of player who can get after the quarterback. Dodd has leapfrogged his Clemson teammate Shaq Lawson and lands in the Big Apple at No. 10.

11. Chicago Bears – T Ronnie Stanley

Stanley and Tunsil are the two best offensive linemen in this year's draft, so the Bears snag Stanley to help keep Jay Cutler on his feet. There could be a very real chance that the Bears take their quarterback of the future here or John Fox's defensive background means they add to the defense, but Stanley makes too much sense to pass on.

12. New Orleans Saints – DT A'Shawn Robinson

Robinson would instantly add some beef to the New Orleans defensive line, adding production in both the pass and run game. The Saints could look to take a wide receiver here to complement Brandin Cooks, but defense should be the priority.
