NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND OR SALES PRESENTATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPTAKES.  A PURCHASE OR SALES PRESENTATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU HAVE NOT YET WON A PRIZE.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

ENTRY:  Beginning on August 14, 2008 at 12:00:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (""EST"") and ending on November 28, 2008 at 11:59:59 am EST (""Promotion Period""), eligible entrants may receive one (1) entry into the Take It to the House promotion (the ""Promotion"") when they fill out an official entry form and deposit it in the box provided at participating Pulte Homes sales centers in Pennsylvania during normal business hours or enter by filling out an official entry form at Philadelphia Eagles home games during the Promotion Period and depositing it in the box provided at the Pulte Homes sales booth located at the home games during the Promotion Period.  Eligible entrants may also enter online by submitting a complete official entry form at www.philadelphiaeagles.com/pulte.    Follow on-screen directions to properly complete an entry form.  Any form of entry other than that described herein is void. Sponsors assume no responsibility for any technical problems in connection with the transmission or receipt of online entries including faulty electronic data transmission, traffic congestion on the Internet or on the web site, hardware or software error, equipment failure or malfunction, or other online communications problems.  All entrants using the online method of entry must have a valid email address.  In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, entries will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.  "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  In the event of a dispute over the ownership of an e-mail address, the Authorized Account Holder of the designated e-mail address will be considered the potential winner of any prize.  Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address.  Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified.  Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, illegible or incomplete entries.  No facsimile or mechanical reproduction of entries allowed.  Entries become property of Sponsors and will not be returned.  Sponsors reserve the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her entries) who tampers with the entry process.  Void outside of Pennsylvania and Delaware and where prohibited by law.  Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address during the Promotion Period. 

ELIGIBILITY:  Open only to legal residents of the Pennsylvania and Delaware who are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Pulte Homes of PA, Limited Partnership (""Pulte Homes"") and Philadelphia Eagles, LLC (the "Philadelphia Eagles" and together with Pulte Homes, the ""Sponsors"") and their affiliates, subsidiaries, sales representatives, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse and "step" of each) and household members (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Promotion Period) of each (collectively, ""Promotion Parties""), are NOT eligible to enter. Current or former professional or semi-professional football players and coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world, current or former collegiate or junior collegiate football players and coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world within the past five (5) years, and current or former high school football players and coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world within the past five (5) years are not eligible to enter.  The Official Rules are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.  Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsors' decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.  Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein

Drawing/Drawing Prizes/Odds:  Three (3) drawing winners will be randomly selected by Sponsors on or about December 1, 2008 from among all eligible entries received (""Drawing Winners""). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.  Decisions of Sponsors are final and binding in all respects.  THREE DRAWING GRAND PRIZES:  Each Drawing Winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Philadelphia Eagles game against the Cleveland Browns scheduled for December 15, 2008 (the ""Game"") (seating determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) and an Eagles gift package.  The gift package includes an Eagles hat, Eagles Yearbook and an autographed Eagles football (autograph determined by the Philadelphia Eagles in its sole discretion).  NO TRANSPORTATION TO GAME WILL BE PROVIDED. All expenses of Drawing Grand Prize winner other than as specifically set forth herein, including transportation to the Game, parking and food will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  Total Approximate Retail Value (""ARV"") of each prize: $240. Each Drawing Winner will also receive one (1) opportunity to throw a regulation-sized NFL football through the designated target opening during the Game for a chance to win a prize as set forth in more detail below.  Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. 

Football Throwing Contest/Prize:  Each Drawing Winner will receive one (1) opportunity to throw a regulation-sized NFL football through the designated target opening during a quarter break or half time of the Game (the ""Football Throwing Contest"" or ""Contest"").  The distance to the designated target will be a minimum of twenty-five (25) yards.  The designated target opening will be a maximum of ten (10) inches in diameter and will be placed at a minimum of four (4) feet in height above the playing surface.  Drawing Winners must use the football provided by the Sponsors.  Drawing Winners will not be permitted to practice or warm up.  To be considered a successful throw, the football must enter the designated target on the fly without having it touch the ground or any other person.  If a Drawing Winner successfully throws the ball through the designated target opening as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion and otherwise complies with the terms stated herein, then the participant is eligible for Contest Prize outlined below.  If more than one Drawing Winner succeeds in throwing the football through the designated target, then each of the Drawing Winners who made a successful throw into the designated target (""Tied Contestants""), will compete in a football throwing contest playoff (the ""Football Throwing Contest Playoff"" or ""Playoff"") during the next Philadelphia Eagles home game scheduled for December 28, 2008 against the Washington Redskins (the ""Contest Playoff Game"").

During the Playoff, each of Tied Contestants will receive one (1) opportunity to throw a regulation-sized NFL football through the designated target opening during a quarter break or half time of the Contest Playoff Game.  The distance to the designated target will be a minimum of twenty-five (25) yards.  The designated target opening will be a maximum of ten (10) inches in diameter and will be placed at a minimum of four (4) feet in height above the playing surface. Tied Contestants must use the football provided by the Sponsors.  Tied Contestants will not be permitted to practice or warm up.  To be considered a successful throw, the football must enter the designated target on the fly without having it touch the ground or any other person.  If a Tied Contestant successfully throws the ball through the designated target opening as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion and otherwise complies with the terms stated herein, then the participant is eligible for Contest Prize outlined below. If none of the Tied Contestants complete a successful throw, then each Tied Contestant is eligible for a Playoff Consolation Prize outlined below.

Any disputes will be resolved by the Sponsor on-site at the Football Throwing Contest or Playoff, whose decision shall be final, conclusive and binding.  The Sponsors' decisions shall be made strictly in accordance with the Official Rules and any other rules and procedures put in place for the Contest.  Additional details regarding Contest and Playoff mechanics and other rules, procedures and conditions for participation in Contest and Playoff may be provided to participants immediately prior to Contest and Playoff.  Sponsors reserve the right to change the date of the Contest and Playoff, in which case the participants must appear as designated.   Verified participants will be required to be present at the Contest/ Playoff on the date and time designated by Sponsors, or such Contest/Playoff participant forfeits all right to participate in the Contest/Playoff and any prize he/she could have won therein.

The Contest prize is a $300,000 credit that the Contest Winner may use toward the purchase of a new Pulte Home in any Pulte community in Pennsylvania (the ""Credit""). Not more than 1 Credit will be awarded.  The home must be a standard model currently being constructed by Pulte Home in a community that is actively selling Pulte Home homes as of November 28, 2008.  Winner selects model and community, subject to availability.  Grand Prize may not be used to cover title insurance, survey, transfer taxes, escrow fees, closing costs, homeowner's insurance, utility and inspection fees, homeowner association dues or fees, mortgage fees, taxes or other fees and expenses associated with acquiring or owning the home; the winner must pay these fees and expenses when due, which may be at closing or subsequent transfer of title.  Winner must sign Sponsors' standard form contract modified to conform to the terms of these Official Rules.  Sponsors will construct the home under its normal construction process, and the winner must follow all of Sponsors' standard processes and procedures.  The home design (both interior and exterior), interior millwork, flooring, paint, kitchen cabinetry, appliances (range, hood and dishwasher), plumbing fixtures, lighting, landscaping, driveway and other components of the home will be the standards for the model as determined by Sponsors and the winner is responsible for the cost of any upgrades to or modifications from these standards and any amount of the home in excess of the Credit provided hereunder.  Sponsors will attempt, but is not obligated, to comply with requests for upgrades or modifications.  Winner will receive Sponsors' standard limited warranty, as applicable to the model and upgrades and modifications, if any, selected.  Winner acknowledges that the date of delivery of title to and possession of the home shall be upon substantial completion of construction excluding mutually agreed upon "punch list" items listed on Sponsors' punch list form.  Any representation of the home or model in advertising or marketing materials is a representation only; the home as constructed may differ in appearance from those materials.  The Credit will not be awarded in cash.  No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize is permitted except at Sponsors' sole discretion.  Taxes on the Contest Prize and any expenses, including but not limited to closing costs, property taxes, and home owners association fees, not stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Winner.  Winner must close on the home within 18 months or the Credit will be forfeited.  If there is not a successful throw through the target as outlined herein, the Contest Prize will not be awarded.  Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.  The Playoff Consolation Prize is one (1) autographed Philadelphia Eagles helmet and one (1) autographed Philadelphia Eagles game jersey (sizes and autographs determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion).  Each Tied Contestant also will receive two (2) tickets to the Contest Playoff Game. ARV: $600.

As a condition of accepting the Drawing prize and participating in the Contest, participants agree: (a) to release Sponsors, the National Football League, their affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, sales representatives, distributors and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents ("Promotional Parties"), from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize and/or participation in the Drawing and Contest, (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Drawing and Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs.  BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, WINNER ACCEPTS THE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS NATURE AND RISK IN SPORTING ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST IS VOLUNTARY, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE ARE NATURAL FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES WHICH MAY IMPACT ON OR AFFECT THE SAFETY OF THE ACTIVITIES HE/SHE IS PARTICIPATING IN AND HE/SHE ASSUMES THE RISK OF SUCH FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES AND AGREES THAT EVENTAL PARTIES SHALL NOT BE IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESULTING INJURY AND/OR DEATH.

WINNER NOTIFICATION/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Drawing Winners will be notified by mail, email or telephone as provided on the Official Entry Form.  Drawing Winners will be required to complete/sign/return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release within five (5) days after notification is mailed but in no event later than the Game, and be verified as a winner, or prize will be forfeited.   If Drawing prize notice is returned as undeliverable, the applicable prize will be awarded to an alternate winner, provided sufficient time remains prior to Contest. In the event that a potential Drawing prize winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsors will award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries, provided sufficient time remains prior to Contest.  Only one (1) alternate drawing will be held after which the prize will remain un-awarded.  No prize substitution, cash redemption, or transfer permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors.  Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should any prize become unavailable for any reason.

GENERAL: By entering this Promotion, you accept and agree, a) to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding,  and b) that Sponsors and their entities, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and Promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in the Promotion or any Promotion related activity; or technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.  The Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.  In the event that production, technical, or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsors reserve the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.  Except where legally prohibited, by accepting a prize winners grant (and agree to confirm they grant in writing) permission for Sponsors and those acting under their authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation.  Sponsors assume no responsibility for any technical problems in conjunction with transmission or receipt of entry including faulty electronic data transmission, traffic congestion on the Internet or on the web site, hardware or software, equipment failure or malfunction, or other on-line communications problems.  Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest should weather, fraud, technical failure or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest.  By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsors in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.  By entering, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively by the appropriate United States District Court in Pennsylvania or the appropriate Pennsylvania State Court.
