Community Involvement:

Motivated by the loss of my grandmother to Pulmonary Fibrosis in 2019, I am a passionate supporter of the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. My family and I participate in events like the PFF 5k across the country to help spread awareness, share new stories, and raise funds for this amazing cause. These inspiring events are truly so special because of the community they build and the hope for a cure one day. I am also a regular red blood cell donor! My blood type is O negative, which means I am a universal donor! You can often find me at the local blood drives, helping those in need.

Just Had to Share:

After graduating high school, I had the amazing opportunity to train at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre in NYC! It was an incredible experience being able to train in multiple dance styles including Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Contemporary and West African.

Personal Time: I absolutely love spending my personal time with my family. I have a big extended family and there's never a dull moment when we're together! I especially enjoy spending time with my nephew, watching him grow up and experience all the wonderful new things life has to offer.

You May Not Know:

I am a proud first-generation Ecuadorean-American! My parents were both born in Ecuador as well as their parents! I was fortunate enough to travel to Ecuador with my family and visit the unique Galapagos Islands. It was an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime trip, filled with meeting family members that still live there and deepening my connection to my culture.

Favorite exercise other than dancing:

When I'm not dancing, you can find me at the gym lifting weights or enjoying a Pilates class. If I'm feeling adventurous, you might even find me in a hot Pilates class!
