The Philadelphia Eagles are committed to reducing barriers to entry to the game of football, especially for girls! In 2022 the Eagles launched a Girls Flag Football league with 16 teams. In 2024, high school girls flag football is now a state-sanctioned sport in Pennsylvania. The initiative has expanded to include 65 teams from PA and another 27 from South Jersey.
