With only the final quarter to go, the Eagles lead the 49ers 27-7.

After just a field goal in the first, the Eagles put up 14 in the second quarter. Quarterback Carson Wentz and tight end Zach Ertz connected for the game's first touchdown on a 1-yard score. Cornerback Jalen Mills nabbed his third interception of the season and took it 37 yards to the house for a touchdown.

The defense was active throughout the first half. Fletcher Cox and Brandon Graham both came away with sacks on quarterback C.J. Beathard. Safety Rodney McLeod got involved as well earning his first interception of the season.

The Eagles couldn't keep the 49ers scoreless in the third quarter. Carson Wentz had his pass intended for Mack Hollins intercepted by Ahkello Witherspoon. The stop led to a Beathard and running back Matt Breida 21-yard touchdown connection that narrowed the Philadelphia lead to 20-7.

Wentz quickly bounced back on the next drive hitting Alshon Jeffery for a 53-yard touchdown. The score was Jeffery's third touchdown on the year and put the Eagles up 26-7. Elliott nailed a franchise-record fifth 50-yard field goal of the season, when he knocked in a 51-yarder midway through the quarter.

Injury Update: Patrick Robinson left with a head injury in first half and will not return. 49ers right tackle Garry Gilliam (knee), defensive back Jimmie Ward (forearm), tackle Joe Staley (eye), defensive linemen D.J. Jones (knee), and Solomon Thomas (knee) left the game and will not return.
