Speaking with Scott Kaplan and Billy Ray Smith of the Mighty 1090 radio in San Diego Thursday, Arians said only the Bears have scheduled a meeting with him regarding a head coaching position.
"I have one scheduled for Sunday with Chicago. That's it," Arians said. "Three other teams have put in paperwork but we have nothing scheduled so far."
Arians also indicated that he would like the process to finish sooner rather than later.
"Yeah, extremely quickly," he said. "If it's going to happen I'd like to have it done before next Friday."
The Eagles have been granted permission to speak with Arians, though a date has not been set. On Wednesday, Arians received high praise from Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. The two worked together when Arians was the offensive coordinator in Pittsburgh.
