The Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to terms with the following 16 rookie free agents:

WR Rasheed Bailey

Delaware Valley University

Finished his four-year career at Delaware Valley as the school's all-time leader in receiving yards (3,138) and ranked second and third, respectively, in receiving TDs (29) and receptions (165). As a senior in 2014, capped his career by setting single-season school records in all major receiving categories with 80 catches for 1,707 yards and 19 TDs. Led all of Division III in receiving yardage, yards per game (155.2) and receiving TDs. Set a single-game record with 252 yards against Albright and tied a single-game record with four receiving TDs in back-to-back wins against Lebanon Valley and Albright. Earned numerous accolades for his senior campaign and was named Associated Press First Team Little All-America Squad, AFCA Division III Coaches' All-America Team and the Maxwell Football Club Tri-State Player of the Year. Was named to the all-MAC first team as a junior in 2013 after starting all 11 games and hauling in 51 catches for 977 yards and eight TDs. A native of Philadelphia, Bailey attended Roxborough High School.

Started all 43 games during his collegiate career as a left tackle after converting from quarterback and defensive line following his high school playing days at St. Joseph's High School in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Boyko (pronounced BOY-ko) is a four-time Academic All-Mountain West honoree and a member of the UNLV Dean's Honor List. He also earned second-team All-MW honors following his junior and senior campaigns. Boyko earned a degree in psychology and is currently pursuing a second bachelor's degree in public administration.

G Malcolm Bunche

UCLA

Finished his college career at UCLA after spending four years at the University of Miami. Bunche started nine games along the offensive line at both left tackle and guard for the Bruins in 2014 after enrolling as a graduate student. Prior to his time at UCLA, Bunche played in 31 games (14 starts) at Miami. A native of Newark, DE, Bunche attended Newark High School.

C Mike Coccia

New Hampshire

Coccia started 40 games at center during his four-year career for the Wildcats and earned FBS All-America honors from many sources including the Associated Press following his senior season in 2014. A Bethlehem, PA native, Coccia was a three-year letter winner as an offensive and defensive lineman at Freedom (PA) High School, earning first-team all-conference and all-area honors. Also lettered in basketball. His sister, Kristina, was a gymnast at the University of Denver.

WR Devante Davis

UNLV

Finished his career ranked second in school history with 2,785 receiving yards and fourth in catches with 186. Ranked second in career 100-yard receiving games at UNLV with 11 and third in career touchdowns through the air with 22. Became just the fourth Rebel and the first since 2007 to be invited to play in the Senior Bowl. Was the first offensive player from UNLV to be asked to appear in the Senior Bowl since running back Ickey Woods in 1987. The Galena Park, TX native earned his bachelor's degree in public administration in only 3.5 years.

LB Jordan Dewalt-Ondijo

Duke

A four-year letterman at Duke, Dewalt-Ondijo appeared in 45 games with 22 starts, posting 90 tackles, including 14.5 tackles for loss, and ten sacks during his collegiate tenure. As a senior in 2014, Dewalt-Ondijo started all 13 games at defensive end for the blue devils and notched 45 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss and 4.5 sacks.  A native of Prairie View, TX, he graduated from Duke in December of 2014 with a degree in political science while also earning a certificate in markets and management. 

TE Andrew Gleichert

Michigan State

A three-year letterwinner who played in 33 games for the Spartans, Gleichert was primarily used as a tight end, but also played some fullback in 2014. The former walk-on finished his career with eight catches for 69 yards and one score. Earned his bachelor's degree in biochemistry and molecular biology in December of 2014. Was a first-team all-area and all-conference selection as a senior at Huron High School in Ann Arbor, MI. Also lettered in basketball for the River Rats.

WR John Harris

Texas

A four-year letterwinner for the Longhorns, Harris appeared in 36 career games and hauled in 77 receptions for 1,241 yards (16.1 avg.) and 10 TDs. Moved into a starting role as a senior in 2014 and opened all 13 games at wideout, setting career highs with 68 catches, 1,051 yards and seven scores. As a redshirt freshman in 2011, completed the only pass attempt of his career for a 36-yard TD to Jaxon Shipley. The Dallas, TX, native played quarterback and wide receiver at Naaman Forest HS  in Garland, TX, were he was a two-time first-team all-district selection. Was also a first-team all-district performer in basketball as a junior and led Naaman Forest to a district championship. Also lettered in track and field and won the district title in the high jump (6-6) as a senior. Graduated from Texas in May 2014 with a bachelor's degree in physical culture and sport.

G Cole Manhart

Nebraska-Kearney

A three-year starter at left tackle and a team captain for the Division II Nebraska-Kearney Lopers, Manhart earned AFCA All-America honors following his junior and senior seasons. Manhart was also a three-time All-MIAA selection and a three-time Academic Honor Roll recipient. A native of Highlands Ranch, CO, Manhart attended ThunderRidge High School, where he was an all-state performer and also lettered in lacrosse and wrestling.

DE B.J. McBryde

Connecticut

Started eight of the Huskies' 12 games at defensive tackle. Finished with a career-high 26 tackles for the season. In his four years of action, McBryde played in 30 games. A sociology major, McBryde hails from Beaver Falls, PA where he was a captain of both the football and basketball teams at Beaver Falls High School.

RB Raheem Mostert

Purdue

This speedy kickoff returner recorded a 26.0-yard average on 88 career kickoff returns at Purdue, including a pair of touchdowns. He finished as the school's all-time leader in kickoff return yardage with 2,289. Also rushed 136 times for 759 yards (5.6 avg.) and 6 TDs, while adding 19 receptions for 122 yards. The New Smyrna Beach, FL native was also a member of the Boilermakers track and field team as a sprinter, hurdler and jumper.

DE Travis Raciti

San Jose State

Played in 49 games (45 starts) for the Spartans as a defensive tackle and was one of just seven players in school history to serve as a team captain in multiple seasons (2013, 2014). Raciti (pronounced RAH-see-tee) was a two-time all-conference performer and tied for tenth on the San Jose State career list with 27 tackles for a loss. The three-time academic all-conference honoree also racked up 14.5 sacks in his career and graduated with a degree in business management. A native of Antioch, CA, Raciti attended College Park High School where he was an all-state selection and played fullback, tight end, middle linebacker, defensive end, defensive tackle and long snapper. His father, David, was a defensive lineman for Cal Poly in 1986.

DB Denzel Rice

Coastal Carolina

Played in 50 games during his four-year career at Coastal Carolina and totaled 112 tackles (85 solo), 24 passes defensed and an interception. Earned second-team All-Big South honors in both 2014 and 2013. Led the Big South and tied a school record with 12 pass breakups as a junior in 2013 while starting all 15 games at corner. As a freshman in 2011, saw most of his defensive action at safety, but all played corner. Was an AP first-team 2A All-State selection in 2010 as a senior at Carver High School in Winston-Salem, NC. Led the state of North Carolina with 12 INTs. Was an honor roll student and also ran track, finishing fourth in the 2010 State 2-A Championships in the 4x100 relay.

P Kip Smith

Oklahoma State

Served as the punter and kickoff specialist at Oklahoma State from 2013-14. Punted 160 times for a 40.7-yard average. Began his collegiate career at UCLA before transferring to Oklahoma State in 2012. He is a product of Legacy HS in Broomfield, CO and earned first-team, All-America honors by multiple publications.

TE Eric Tomlinson

Texas-El Paso

A high school teammate of Eagles defensive back Eric Rowe, Tomlinson played in 42 games at Texas-El Paso and recorded 59 receptions for 547 yards and four touchdowns during his collegiate career. Tomlinson was named a 2013 All-Conference USA honorable mention recipient following his junior campaign in which he ranked second on the team in catches (30) and third in yards (304). The Oklahoma City, OK native was a two-year starter at Klein High School in Houston, TX, where he also starred on the basketball team and was a member of the National Honor Society. Tomlinson also participates in annual mission trips with his church.

TE Justin Tukes

UCF

Played in 44 games over the course of his four-year career with the Knights and totaled 30 catches for 286 yards and three TDs. Was selected as UCF's Most Dependable Offensive Player in 2014 and was named to the College Football Performance Awards Tight End Trophy Watch List in 2013. Received All-C-USA Honorable Mention honors in 2012. The Sylvester, GA, native played at Worth County (GA) High School and was an all-region and all-metro honoree as a senior after catching 16 passes for 198 yards and three scores. Majored in interpersonal/organizational communication.
