Schedule Release FAQ
When is the first game at Lincoln Financial Field?
The Eagles return from their historic trip abroad in Brazil (the league's first-ever game in South America and first Friday Week 1 game since 1970) and host the Atlanta Falcons in Week 2 on Monday Night Football. The September 16 kickoff is set for 8:15 PM.
How many prime-time games do the Eagles have?
For the third year in a row, Philadelphia has five scheduled prime-time contests, with three of them at Lincoln Financial Field. The Eagles have appeared in the second-most primetime games (105) in the NFL dating back to 2000.
When do the Eagles play the Cowboys?
Believe it or not, the Eagles and the Cowboys will NOT (*as of now) play in prime time for the first time since 2006. That's a 17-year streak set to come to an end. However, it should be noted in 2006 that the rivals played on Christmas Day.
Dallas hosts the first showdown of the season in Week 10 (November 10 at 4:25 PM), while Lincoln Financial Field is the site for the rematch in Week 17 to provide hopefully one more holiday gift for fans (Sunday, December 29 at 4:25 PM).
When is the bye week?
The Week 5 bye is the earliest since Philadelphia had a Week 4 bye (the first possible bye week) in the 2016 season.

What is flex scheduling?
This season, "flexible scheduling" for Sunday Night Football may be used up to twice between Weeks 5-10, and in the NFL's discretion during Weeks 11-17; for Monday Night Football in the NFL's discretion in Weeks 12-17; and for Thursday Night Football it may be used up to twice between Weeks 13-17.
During these Flex Scheduling Windows, the games initially scheduled for Sunday Night Football (on NBC), Monday Night Football (on ESPN or ABC), and Thursday Night Football (on Amazon Prime Video) are tentatively scheduled and subject to change. Only Sunday afternoon games (or those listed as TBD) are eligible to be moved to Sunday night, Monday night, or Thursday Night, in which case the initially scheduled Sunday/Monday night game would be moved to Sunday afternoon. Sunday afternoon games may also be moved between 1:00 PM and 4:05 PM or 4:25 PM.
As in prior seasons, for Week 18, the final weekend of the season, the scheduling of the Saturday, Sunday afternoon, and Sunday night games is not assigned. In Week 18, two games will be played on Saturday (4:30 PM and 8:15 PM) with the remainder to be played on Sunday afternoon (1:00 PM and 4:25 PM) and one matchup to be played on Sunday night (8:20 PM). Specific dates, start times, and networks for Week 18 matchups will be determined and announced following the conclusion of Week 17.
