The Eagles have ruled out five players for Sunday's contest against the Jaguars: running back Saquon Barkley (hamstring), wide receiver Hollywood Brown (ankle), safety Marcus Epps (groin), center/guard Drew Kendall (knee), and wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring).
Barkley pulled up with a hamstring injury early against the Rams last week. Running back Tank Bigsby was also put on injured reserve after suffering an injury later in the game. Will Shipley is now expected to be the primary workhorse out of the backfield against the Jaguars.
"I've been preparing like a starter since the first game of my rookie year against Green Bay in Brazil. So, week to week it doesn't really change for me. I go out there, I prepare like the starter," Shipley said earlier in the week. "At the end of the day, it just comes down to the same thing for me and that is to just execute one play at a time, whatever the role looks like."
Despite not participating in practice all week, outside linebacker Jonathan Greenard (ankle) is listed as questionable against the Jaguars.
Meanwhile, the offense gets two players back from injury. Tight end Dallas Goedert, who has been sidelined since suffering a knee injury against the Titans in Week 2, was a full participant on Friday – a major boost for the Eagles' offense. Tackle Fred Johnson is also cleared to play against the Jaguars after missing two straight games against the Bears and the Rams with a knee injury. After being limited all week, the veteran was a full participant on Friday.
"I'm ready to go. I'm full go right now. I progressed these last couple weeks ... the training staff did a good job of trying to bring me back up the right way, not the fast way," Johnson said after Friday's practice. "Just practicing today full speed against the defense and everything, getting real looks at real contact, I felt great.
"We're down a lot (from injuries). The guys in this room are ready to step up. They got to step up. So why not fight for my brothers and be available and be ready to go when my number's called? Only thing that matters is Sunday. We can't focus on anything else."
All-Pro linebacker Zack Baun also returns for the Eagles' defense after missing Week 4 against the Rams with a concussion he sustained against the Bears. The defensive captain was a full participant during Friday's practice and has cleared the concussion protocol.
"We're back. Had a full week of practice despite a little bit of limitations earlier in the week, but I feel really good," Baun said.
Quarterback Jalen Hurts (calf), outside linebacker A.J. Epenesa (back), and tight end E.J. Jenkins (toe) were all added to the injury report. All will be available for Sunday, as Hurts and Jenkins were full participants on Friday, while Epenesa was limited.
Wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks was added to the injury report with a hamstring injury he picked up during Thursday's practice and has been limited. However, he is ready to go on Sunday.
"He's tough as they come and really been pleased with him, just everything, how he is and what he stands for," Sirianni said of Wicks before Friday's practice. "Obviously, the play on the field has been good and he's given us a lot of good production, but it's also just how tough he is and the attitude he brings every day."

Thursday's Injury Report
Tight end Dallas Goedert expects to return to the lineup on Sunday when the team plays the Jacksonville Jaguars overseas in London. Goedert has missed the last two games with a knee injury suffered early in the Week 2 win in Tennessee.
"You only get 17 of these a year, so you want to play as much as you can," Goedert said after Thursday's practice. "Obviously, I would give anything to be out there with the guys. Doing what the protocol says, I'm just happy that I'll be back this week."
Officially, Goedert was limited on the team's injury report.
Goedert had two touchdown receptions in the season-opening win over the Commanders. With 13 receiving touchdowns since the start of the 2025 season, Goedert is tied with Arizona's Trey McBride for the most among all NFL tight ends.
While Goedert is on track to play, running back Saquon Barkley (hamstring), center Drew Kendall (knee), and wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring) were among the offensive players to miss practice on Thursday.
Defensively, the Eagles were pleased to see All-Pro cornerback Quinyon Mitchell increase his workload on Thursday. Mitchell exited Sunday's game against the Rams in the second half due to a knee injury. Mitchell was a full participant in Thursday's practice after being limited on Wednesday.
Mitchell has only allowed opposing receivers to gain an average of 7.9 yards per reception this season, the seventh-lowest average by all NFL cornerbacks.
Linebacker Jihaad Campbell (knee) returned to practice in limited fashion after being sidelined on Wednesday. Outside linebacker Jonathan Greenard (ankle) was among the defensive players to miss Thursday's practice.

Wednesday's Injury Report
The Eagles will be without two starting offensive linemen from Week 1 of the season as tackle Lane Johnson announced his retirement on Tuesday and the team traded center/guard Cam Jurgens on Wednesday.
The Eagles will also monitor the status of new starting center Drew Kendall, who did not participate in Wednesday's practice due to a knee injury. Good news is that swing tackle Fred Johnson (knee) was a limited participant after missing the past two games due to injury.
"I feel good about the guys we have," quarterback Jalen Hurts said after Wednesday's practice, when asked about how the moves will impact his protection.
Hurts will also have to deal with reduced practice time with some of his top weapons this week. Running back Saquon Barkley (hamstring) and wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring) did not practice on Wednesday. Barkley was injured in Sunday's game against the Rams, while Smith was inactive for the game. Good news is that tight end Dallas Goedert, who has missed the last two games with a knee injury, returned to the practice field as a limited participant.
Defensively, linebacker Zack Baun returned to practice in a limited capacity after missing Sunday's game due to a concussion. Cornerback Quinyon Mitchell, who suffered a knee injury in the second half against the Rams and did not return, practiced in a limited capacity.
Linebacker Jihaad Campbell (knee), safety Marcus Epps (groin), and outside linebacker Jonathan Greenard (ankle) did not practice.
