On Saturday, October 30, 2010, Eagles Youth Partnership's *Eagles Eye Mobile *programis teaming up with *Wills Eye Institute *and *Public Citizens for Children and Youth (PCCY) *to provide free eye checks for children ages 18 and under who are uninsured and underinsured and do not have proper access to vision care. The Eagles Eye Mobile will also provide two free pairs of glasses for children who are found to need them.
