Eagles Release CB Trufant

The Eagles have released cornerback Isaiah Trufant, leaving them with 80 players on the active roster ahead of today's 4 PM deadline.

Trufant played in two preseason games for the Eagles, registering 2.0 tackles.

There will be many more difficult decisions to come as the team must trim the roster to 53 players by Saturday at 6 PM.
