The Eagles announced the signing of two players on Wednesday: defensive end Everette Brown and cornerback Trevard Lindley.
Brown, 25, was a second-round pick of the Carolina Panthers in 2009 out of Florida State. He recorded 6.0 sacks in two seasons with the Panthers before the team released him prior to the 2011 season. He has since spent time with the San Diego Chargers and Detroit Lions.
Lindley, 26, was a fourth-round pick of the Eagles in 2010. He was released by the team prior to the 2011 season, though he was re-signed last offseason. In an impressive bounceback, Lindley initially earned his way onto the roster to begin the 2012 season, but was released when the team claimed offensive lineman Nate Menkin off waivers.
