Here's a look at some of the Eagles' statistical highlights through three quarters of the NFL season.

- The Eagles have made a killing on first down with an NFL-best 6.68 yards per first down play.

- The Eagles have continued to win the turnover battle with a 12 turnover margin, third-best in the NFL.

- Led by DeSean Jackson's league-leading 15.5 punt return average, the Eagles, as a team, also lead the league in the same category.

- The Eagles have also excelled in defending punt returns, leading the NFC in opponents' punt return average.

- The Eagles are 1st in the NFC in yards allowed per play on defense.

- Despite a touchdown percentage of less than 50 percent inside the red zone (23rd in the league), the Eagles lead the league in scoring percentage in the red zone at 91.7 percent.

- David Akers leads the NFC in scoring with 111 points, only one point behind the league leader Nate Kaeding.

- Defensive end Trent Cole continues to make his pro bowl case with his 9.5 sacks, third in the NFC.

- Donovan McNabb's 450 yards passing on November 15 against the San Diego Chargers is the highest total of any quarterback in the NFL this season.

- Tight end Brent Celek is sixth in the NFC in third-down receptions with 18.

- The Eagles have two of the top five interception leaders in the NFL. Asante Samuel's seven picks trail two players with eight, and Sheldon Brown is two behind Samuel with five interceptions.
