The Eagles engineered a trade with the Miami Dolphins to move up five spots in the second round from No. 52 overall to No. 47.
In order to make the trade, the Eagles sent their second-round pick (No. 52 overall) and both fifth-round picks (No. 145 and 156 overall) to Miami to get No. 47 and a sixth-round pick (No. 191 overall).
With the No. 47 pick, the Eagles selected defensive back Eric Rowe out of Utah.
