The 8-2 Eagles are in Los Angeles to take on the 5-5 Rams on Sunday Night Football.
For the Eagles, wide receiver/punt returner Britain Covey will be active after coming off of Injured Reserve on Saturday. Covey has been out since he injured his shoulder in Week 3 against the Saints. Defensive back Cooper DeJean has been filling in at punt returner while Covey was hurt, averaging an NFC second-best 11.8 yards per return.
In addition to Covey's return, tight end C.J. Uzomah was elevated from the practice squad for the second week in a row. Uzomah played three snaps on offense during his Eagles debut last Thursday against Washington.
Wide receiver DeVonta Smith was ruled out on Friday after not practicing all week due to a hamstring injury. Smith had been on the injury report in weeks prior due to his hamstring, but appeared to have injured it during the Washington game. It will be the second game Smith has been inactive for this season.
The Eagles will have A.J. Brown, Jahan Dotson, Johnny Wilson, Ainias Smith, and Covey as their active receivers tonight.
There are no other surprises for the Eagles, as everyone who was on the injury report this week is good to go.
Here is the full list of inactives for the Eagles tonight:
Nick Gates | OL
Trevor Keegan | G
Darian Kinnard | T/G
Tanner McKee | 3rd QB
Eli Ricks | CB
DeVonta Smith | WR
For the Rams, right tackle Rob Havenstein will miss his third straight game with an ankle injury. Head Coach Sean McVay said he was "trending in the right direction" earlier in the week, but Havenstein is unable to go. He was listed as doubtful on Friday's injury report. Warren McClendon Jr. is listed behind Havenstein on the Rams' unofficial depth chart, but Joe Noteboom initially started in Havenstein's absence before missing a game himself with an ankle injury..
Cornerback Charles Woods and offensive lineman KT Leveston were ruled out on Friday. Woods has played in just one game this season and injured himself during warmups in Week 10. Leveston's 21-day practice window was opened, but he was not able to go tonight.
Here is the full list of inactives for the Rams:
Stetson Bennett | QB
Rob Havenstein | OL
Brennan Jackson | OLB
Desjuan Johnson | DE
Dylan McMahon | OL
Cody Schrader | RB
Charles Woods | CB
