The Titans are sticking with quarterback Zach Mettenberger.

Well, that's at least according to the results in our Fan Mock Draft as the Tennessee Titans passed on quarterback Marcus Mariota and selected defensive lineman Leonard Williams with the No. 2 pick.

It was close as the vote was decided by just 48 votes. The Jacksonville Jaguars are now on the clock with the No. 3 overall pick for the second straight year.

Fans recall how Jacksonville gave the Eagles quite a first-half scare in last year's season opener before Philadelphia woke up and dominated in the second half.

Jacksonville isn't in the market for a quarterback after using the No. 3 overall pick last year on Blake Bortles, who went through the expected growing pains of a rookie season. The Jaguars wanted to be patient with Bortles, but put him on the field during the Week 3 loss to the Colts and he started the rest of the way. He led the Jaguars to three wins and showed promise completing 58.9 percent of his pass attempts for 2,908 yards with 11 touchdowns against 17 interceptions.

What didn't help Bortles was a lack of a run game to lean on. Toby Gerhart was signed in the offseason to be the lead back, but was ineffective and finished with fewer yards rushing than Bortles (419 to 326). Denard Robinson, once listed by the team as an "offensive weapon," had a pair of 100-yard performances (582 yards rushing for the season) before landing on Injured Reserve late in the year with a torn ligament in his foot.

The Jaguars invested heavily in the wide receiver position in last year's draft and the arrow is pointing up for the trio of Marqise Lee, Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns (136 combined catches, nine touchdowns). However, the top wide receiver prospects are still on the board.

Head coach Gus Bradley's calling card is defense after he helped orchestrate the Seattle Seahawks' unit. In each of his first two seasons, however, the Jaguars have ranked 26th or worse in both points and yards allowed. With another edge rusher at the Leo linebacker spot, the Jaguars have a potentially good front seven after adding Jared Odrick and Dan Skuta in free agency.

What will the Jaguars do? It's up to you in our Fan Mock Draft. !
