On today's game and what the win means to the team: "It was a win we got against a guy we've had a hard time beating over the years. Our players put so much into this game. To see them come together after the bye week, they just keep battling and that's what you need to do. That's our team. A couple of plays didn't go the way we would've liked, some of it was out of our control, but we came back and hung in there. There was mental toughness on our part that stayed there until the end."

On the defensive unit's performance and how it continued to progress today: "We're a young defense still. There are a lot of new faces and we just keep working hard. When you come to work and you work hard, good things are going to happen."
