T Jason Peters
On taking on the Cowboys' defensive line as a personal challenge: "Every week is a good d-line. NFC – you can't name a bad d-line. We just take it as the next game and just go out and play hard. You don't play any less than you would play against anybody else. So if you go out there and just play, you'll leave it out there on the field."
On whether the playmaking abilities of RB LeSean McCoy and the offensive line is a good mix: "Yeah, it's a good mix. We get on our blocks pretty quick and aggressive and he just makes his cuts off of us. He was just running all over the place tonight."
On whether it was tougher to prepare this week because of all the things the Cowboys do up front: "Yeah, they walk around and the coaches got us ready for it. It wasn't anything that we hadn't gone over in practice. It was kind of in slow motion out there tonight."
On whether the team is almost unstoppable if they don't turn the ball over and execute in the red zone: "As long as we keep the ball, it's going to be hard to beat us. Now if we give the ball away, it's a different story."

On RB LeSean McCoy's big night: "Shady had his career-best [output] against what was the top-ranked rushing defense in the league and he did a great job with it."
On McCoy's fit with the offensive line: "Yeah, we kind of have a quick-hitting scheme and he's a quick-hitting back and meshes real well. He trusts where the holes are going to be, we do the best we can to open them up for him and he just hits them hard."
On how much fun it is to block for a running back like McCoy: "It's amazing, I love it. You love blocking for a guy like Shady and a guy like [QB] Mike [Vick]. We have a lot of good guys on this team [and] a lot of weapons."
On his thoughts about sending a statement tonight to the rest of the league: "Man, we weren't trying to send a statement. We were just trying to play our best football up at this point. We know how good we are and it's about time we started executing, playing a full game and not doing halves out there like before [when] we were showing flashes. But it's a good time to bring it all together. We're 3-4 and that's not great. We're still 3-4 [and] we have a lot of work to do. We still have improvements to make and we still have a long way ahead of us."
WR Jeremy Maclin
On whether this was a statement game for the team: "It's prime time and no matter what game you're playing you always want to go out there and make a statement. But it's just something about playing prime time Sunday night, Monday night you know that gives you that extra mojo, I guess."
On his thoughts about McCoy: "He's a beast, man. He's definitely one of the premier backs in this league. He does great things with the ball in his hands. I think today we had a great balance of run and pass and I think if we do that and we maintain that, I think we're pretty hard to beat."
On whether Dallas tried to eliminate the deep threat and if that opened up lanes for TE Brent Celek: "Yeah, I think they tried to eliminate the deep ball. They had safeties over the top of me and [WR DeSean] Jackson. And like I said, you pick your poison. If you want to do that and take away that then [TE] Brent's [Celek] going to have a good day, [WR] Jason's [Avant] going to have a good day. You know, you just can't focus on one thing because other guys are going to beat you."
On his thoughts about whether the team made some strides in the right direction tonight: "Yeah, you know we do everything that we need to do and take care of our business, then we'll be in the right spot come the end of the season. So we'll take it one game at a time. And we have two on our belt in a row so hopefully we can make it three next week."

On his thoughts about what was different about tonight's game from the beginning of the season: "Except now, we didn't turn the ball over, we punched it in the redzone, [and] we did all of things [right] that were screwing us up. This isn't anything surprising to us and I don't think it should be anything surprising to the people that have been watching because like you said we've been able to move the ball all season long. What's killed us has been turnovers, not converting on short yardage, and I think we corrected a lot of those things today."
On his thoughts about having the right plays called to counter Dallas' aggressive blitzing: "[Offensive coordinator] Marty [Mornhinweg] did a great job. I mean, he's as good as they come as far as offensive coordinators go. He did a great job of balancing run versus pass today and really catching them off guard a lot of the times."
On coach Mornhinweg calling a good game: "It was unreal. I mean, I felt like every play we were in a good situation and we executed it and it was just a good day on offense."
On his thoughts about the mix of talent on the offensive line and McCoy and how he is a perfect running back for their style of play: "Yeah, that's probably the only reason I'm playing because I fit kind of the mold of the running scheme and what Shady does as a running back. I mean, we like to get him out in space [and] if we can get to the second level and people can get one-on-one matchups with the safety or a linebacker, then nine times out of ten he's going to make that guy miss. And that's really what this offense is dying to do is to get playmakers into space so they can let their natural ability take over."
