On how he felt today: "I was in a lot of pain but the only thing I wanted to do was to finish and to get through the game. I did the best I could and I'm glad the first half went the way that it did and in the second half we didn't make any plays. It will get better. That's football and that's the way it is. You just have to keep pushing and you've got to get better."
On what it means to play though the pain: "I hope so. It shows my dedication, my will to win, to want to be out there and to be the best player that I can be. I try each and every week and I want to be accountable and I want to hold my weight. That's all I try to do. For the most part, I just tried to hang in there and not make any excuses. I don't want to sit here and say that my ribs hurt, so I couldn't make a pass. There's no credibility behind that. I want to be a stand up guy and if there's something that could have been done better, I'll be able to watch the film and see what could have been done better."
On the benefit of getting the turnovers: "That's how games are won in this league. The teams that have the most turnovers lose and the teams that get the turnovers usually win. I'm very proud of our guys, very proud of the defense and you have to give a lot of credit to them. They made this game."
On what winning this game does for the team: "It feels good to win, especially after being off to have an opportunity to come back and get a win on the road against a very tough defense. If we can continue to play this way, and ultimately get better on offense, I think we have a chance of winning the next three games. It's going to be tough and it's going to be a challenge."
On the conditions out on the field: "I had to change my cleats because it was a little tough there in the beginning. That was mainly because of the rain but like I said, I'm just proud of our guys for hanging in there and fighting. It was a very hostile environment early on in the game, but we finished."
On the play of DeSean Jackson: "I'm very proud of DeSean with everything that he's been faced with this season. He's just a guy that wants to play good football now that all the distractions are out of the way. He wants to do what's best for himself, and for the team and I think that's dedicating himself. I'm very proud of him and I think that every guy in that locker room is proud of him and I think he'll keep it up."
On the play of the team: "This team can do anything they want to do. It's all about a mindset and as long as our mind's set right, we can make it happen."
On the spin move: "When I first turned around, there was a guy right there and it kind of shocked me a little bit. He grabbed onto my pouch and that really gave me the opportunity to spin back the other way. It was like a Chinese fire drill and there were guys everywhere and I just found Cooper."
On what this win does for the team: "It can do a lot. We started out slow and there were a lot of games that we were suppose to win and we didn't finish. We got some wins and we had some losses and then I got hurt. The guys just really rallied around each other win, lose or draw. I think the ultimate goal is to come out and win each and every week, but at the same time just play together."
