Running back LeSean McCoy "never expected" to play such a big role this early in his NFL career. McCoy will likely make his fourth start of the season this Sunday night in Chicago as Brian Westbrook will be sidelined after suffering a concussion for the second time in less than a month. In a tight NFC, this battle between the Eagles and the Bears could have long-term ramifications in deciding who makes the playoffs and who is watching on TV in January.
"I was drafted for a reason," McCoy said. "I grew up always wanting to play ball and (here is) my chance and my opportunity. I have to make the best of it."
McCoy explains how starting three games has expedited his development in his rookie year.
