According to numerous reports, it appears as if a new Collective Bargaining Agreement could be agreed upon within several days. But it's not quite over, as Albert Breer of NFL.com adds that the owners and players will meet again this Monday (July 18) or Tuesday (July 19). Once a deal is agreed to, the next step would be a vote from both sides' constituents to ratify the agreement. From there, it would be a very short time before football activity would begin.
