The team also elevated fullback Khari Blasingame, who will be making his Eagles debut.
With safety Reed Blankenship being out with a concussion and Sydney Brown out with a knee injury, rookie Andre Sam was elevated for the first time this season and will make his NFL debut.
Punt returner/wide receiver Britain Covey was ruled out on Friday with a neck injury. Cooper DeJean took reps as the punt returner when Covey was out earlier this season.
