Billick, 58, coached the Ravens from 1999-2007, winning Super Bowl XXXV along the way. He compiled a record of 80-64 during those nine seasons with a 5-3 record in the playoffs.
Reuben Frank, who first reported the interview, wrote that Billick is "among the leading candidates" for the Eagles. Billick is currently in Atlanta calling the Falcons-Seahawks playoff game for FOX television.
