According to Garafolo, this meeting will likely take place between Friday and Sunday in the Phoenix area, where Kelly's team is preparing for Thursday night's Fiesta Bowl.
Kelly, who has been dubbed by some as "the leading candidate" for the Eagles' vacancy, is reportedly not looking for complete control over personnel if he does indeed make the jump to the NFL. Kelly is also reportedly scheduled to meet with the Browns and Bills.
