LSU WR Odell Beckham says that he has met with the #Bills & #Bengals and he is meeting with the #Jets #Eagles & #Dolphins this week — SiriusXM NFL Radio (@SiriusXMNFL) April 19, 2014
In an interview with Sirius XM, former LSU wide receiver Odell Beckham, Jr. will visit with the Eagles this upcoming week.
The 5-foot-11, 198-pound Beckham had 59 receptions for 1,152 yards and eight touchdowns last season for the Tigers while also averaging 26 yards per kickoff return. Beckham has been projected in most mock drafts as a mid-to-late first-round selection.
Beckham declared as an underclassman, but started as a true freshman so he has three extensive years of playing experience. Like Eagles cornerback Brandon Boykin, Beckham won the Paul Hornung Award as the nation's most versatile player in 2013 as he finished with 2,315 all-purpose yards.
He thrived in LSU's pro-style offense under the guidance of offensive coordinator Cam Cameron. Father, Odell, Sr., was a former running back for the Tigers and mother, Heather, was an All-America and national champion track star.
