According to a report from Mark Eckel of NJ.com, the Eagles could be interested in Tennessee Titans quarterback Jake Locker, who is scheduled to be an unrestricted free agent next month.
Eckel reported that a long-time player agent said there "will be interest" from Chip Kelly in Locker when free agency begins on March 10.
Locker began the 2012 season as the Titans' starting quarterback and played 11 games before being sidelined with a shoulder injury. He played in 14 games in 2013 and 2014 combined.
In 30 career appearances, the former first-round pick has completed 57.5 percent of his passes for 4,967 yards, 27 touchdowns and 22 interceptions.
