Rumor Mill: Polian Gets Second Interview?

Chris Polian recently had 2d interview w/ Eagles for "GM" opening, NFL source said. Emerging as serious candidate, as @caplannfl noted.

Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reported Sunday afternoon that the Eagles recently conducted a second interview with Chris Polian, the director of pro personnel for the Jacksonville Jaguars, for the Eagles' vacant personnel position. Polian reportedly first met with the Eagles about two weeks ago.

We'll see how this plays out, but I'm hearing all signs point to Chris Polian being #Eagles 'guy' for GM hire. 2nd interview a 'formality'

Polian was among the first batch of names rumored to be affiliated with the personnel opening search in early January. The son of long-time NFL executive Bill Polian, he served as the Colts' vice president and general manager from 2009-11 before joining the Jaguars during the 2013 offseason.
