Head coach Doug Pederson briefed the media before Friday's practice with an update on the team's injury report.
Guard Stefen Wisniewski is listed as questionable for Sunday's game with an ankle injury that he incurred against the Rams. He practiced in a limited capacity on Thursday. Wide receiver Alshon Jeffery and defensive end Steven Means missed Thursday's practice due to illness but will be participants in today's activities.
The team readies for its first game in two years without quarterback Carson Wentz under center when they travel to MetLife Stadium to take on the 2-11 Giants. Pederson, however, applauded the way the team has responded since the injury.
"It's tough when you lose your starter but the guys have really responded well offensively around Nick (Foles) and he's just jumped in and commanded the huddle," Pederson said. "Again, he's a veteran player. He's played with these guys before, obviously, a lot of these guys on this team. He understands, he knows, he's smart, he studies, he prepares, and he'll be fine, but the guys have really done a nice job around him."
