Cheerleaders Visit Ciudad de Angeles

Ciudad de Angeles gives children who have been orphaned, abandoned, or abused a permanent home on the campus.

The Eagles Cheerleaders donated shoes in every size for all of the girls and boys.

The Eagles Cheerleaders also brought Eagles drawstring bags, hats, sunglasses, and toys for all of the children.

The children were excited to select pairs of shoes.

These two young boys really warmed up to Samara.

The children are encouraged to learn both Spanish and English.

Amanda is fluent in Spanish and was able to share the story in both English and Spanish.

Ciudad de Angeles provides a home for children ages 4 through 19.

Currenly 40 children currently live on the campus.

Siblings are kept together whenever possible.

The children consider every child at Ciudad de Angeles to be their brothers and sisters.

The children live with house parents to create a typical home environment.

Ciudad de Angeles' ongoing top soil project to create green spaces for the children to play.

Ciudad de Angeles also provides transitional housing after the children graduate high school.

There are 10 cottages on the campus.

It was really difficult to say goodbye.
