More than 200 Philadelphia-area moms took part in the free safety clinic

The event included education on proper equipment fitting, concussion awareness, and heat and hydration

The night began with presentations from several speakers

The presentations were held within the NovaCare Complex

Other NFL teams have previously hosted the mom's clinic

Jamie Apody of 6abc sports began the seminar

Eagles president Don Smolenski also participated

Eagles general manager Howie Roseman joined in on the seminar as well

The panel included Mindy Roseman, Gwendolyn Jenkins, Cindy Zordich, and WR Jeremy Maclin

Questions were welcomed during throughout the night

Head athletic trainer Chris Peduzzi provided information on heat and hydration

Dr. R. Robert Franks provided his professional medical advice on concussions

Equipment manager Greg Delimitros showed how equipment should fit

LS Jon Dorenbos modeled both the fitted helmet and shoulder pads

The moms then headed onto the field to practice some pieces of USA Football's Heads Up Football program
