Phase Two of the offseason workout program officially began on Monday, May 1. See photos from the team's on-field practices.

Phase Two of the offseason workout program officially began on Monday, May 1.

Phase Two lasts for three weeks.

According to league rules, teams can hold on-field workouts that include individual player drills during this phase.

This phase can also include team drills conducted on "separates" basis.

"Separates" basis means the offense can practice as a team with no defense on the field and vice versa.

Live contact is still not permitted during Phase Two.
