Biography
Mike DiAngelo was hired by the Philadelphia Eagles as a defensive quality control coach during the 2023 offseason. He brings 17 years of coaching experience in the collegiate ranks to the staff.
In 2022, DiAngelo served as the tight ends and inside receivers coach at Jacksonville State. He held the same duties at UL-Monroe in 2021. DiAngelo also completed one-year stints as an offensive analyst at Illinois (2020) and player personnel analyst at Ole Miss (2019).
Prior to Ole Miss, DiAngelo spent six seasons at Arizona, where he was a defensive analyst (2016-18) and defensive graduate assistant (2013-15). While assisting the Wildcats defense, DiAngelo helped oversee the production of linebacker Scooby Wright, who was named first-team All-America by the Associated Press in 2014 after registering 15.0 sacks.
From 2007-12, DiAngelo held various roles at Washington and Jefferson College, which included time with the secondary, quarterbacks, wide receivers and special teams. He began his coaching career working with the quarterbacks and special teams units at Concord University in 2006.
A native of Steubenville, OH, DiAngelo attended Baldwin Wallace, where he was a two-year starter at the quarterback position. He graduated with a degree in sport management in 2006.
