Biography
Anthony Cozzi enters his 15th season with the Philadelphia Eagles. During the 2020 offseason, Cozzi was promoted to vice president of software innovation after spending the previous three years as the team's senior director of software innovation.
In his role, Cozzi is responsible for overseeing the software innovation department and architecting the team's data warehouse. Cozzi works with all departments within football operations, player personnel and the coaching staff to provide innovative solutions that automate routine tasks, increasing both productivity and efficiency.
Cozzi, who created the team's college and pro scouting software application, originally joined the organization in 2010 as a software developer. He served as the Eagles' software architect from 2013-15 and was also elevated to director of software innovation in 2015.
Prior to joining Philadelphia's front office, Cozzi worked on enterprise grade software implementations across various industries.
Born in Drexel Hill, PA, Cozzi earned his bachelor's degree in computer science from Temple University. He lives in suburban Philadelphia with his wife and children.
