Biography
Jeremy Gray was named the Philadelphia Eagles' assistant director of player personnel during the 2024 offseason. He originally joined the club's scouting department as the assistant director of pro scouting in 2022.
Prior to his arrival in Philadelphia, Gray was the coordinator of college scouting for the University of Arizona (2021-22) and was the director of NFL Combine training at Sports Academy at the Star in 2020.
From 2018-20, Gray spent time as a pro scout with the Minnesota Vikings, and before that he worked as a graduate assistant at UCLA (2017-18), where he helped tutor the wide receivers.
Gray's first stint with the Vikings' scouting staff came in 2016, when he served as a player personnel assistant. He also coached at his alma mater, SMU, as a graduate assistant working with the defensive backs.
Gray began his professional career working as a video intern with the Buffalo Bills in 2003. After two years with the Bills, he was hired by the Washington Football Team as a football operations and equipment intern.
A four-year letterman at SMU (2009-13), Gray played in 33 career games as a defensive back. He earned a bachelor's degree in applied physiology and sport management and a master's degree in sport management.
Gray, who is a native of Lubbock, TX, attended Briar Woods High School in Ashburn, VA, where he played football and basketball. His father, Jerry, currently serves as the assistant head coach/defense for the Atlanta Falcons.
