Biography
Tina D'Orazio enters her 21st season with the Philadelphia Eagles and sixth year serving as the team's senior vice president & chief of staff, Office of the Chairman/CEO. In her role, D'Orazio oversees the day-to-day operations of the chairman's office and is responsible for working with team executives on the organization's key priorities and initiatives.
D'Orazio originally joined the organization as executive assistant to the Chairman/CEO in 2004 and soon assumed a larger role directing the Lurie personal office. She was then elevated to vice president, Office of the Chairman/CEO in 2016 before being promoted to her current post in 2019.
Prior to joining the Eagles, D'Orazio was a senior manager of event marketing and corporate communications at The Hearst Corporation in New York City. She also worked as the manager of event marketing at VH1 after spending time as the director of marketing, public relations, and event promotion at UPOC from 2000-02.
D'Orazio began her professional career in the production events and national promotions department at MTV Networks from 1998-2000 managing large scale events, such as the MTV Video Music Awards, MTV Movie Awards, MTV Spring Break, along with dozens of concerts and live events.
D'Orazio grew up in the Philadelphia area and attended the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a dual major in public relations and international relations.
She and her husband reside in Ardmore, PA, with their four children.
