We are proud to partner with the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia to recognize some special MVPs this season. Jayant was diagnosed with the most severe form of spina bifida during a routine 18-week ultrasound. After they were deemed a candidate for fetal surgery, the family temporarily relocated from Florida to Philadelphia. It was during their time at CHOP that the family became lifelong Eagles fans.
