TE Dallas Goedert: The tight end was doubtful coming into the game as he works his way back from a fractured forearm.
QB Tanner McKee (3rd QB): The rookie will serve as the emergency quarterback and can only play if Jalen Hurts and Marcus Mariota get injured.
RB Rashaad Penny: *The running back is once again inactive.
OG Sua Opeta: With Lane Johnson back, Opeta will be inactive.
Starting right tackle Lane Johnson is active after missing last week's win with a groin injury.
Tight end Dallas Goedert was a limited participant at Friday's practice but is not ready to play. The tight end suffered a fractured forearm in Week 9 but was not placed on the Injured Reserve list.
Defensive tackle Fletcher Cox, who did not practice all week with a groin injury, is active. Tight end Grant Calcaterra is also active after missing last week's game with an ankle injury.
Wide receiver A.J. Brown (thigh), defensive tackle Jordan Davis (hamstring), wide receiver DeVonta Smith (knee), D'Andre Swift (ankle), and Milton Williams (concussion) all will play after practicing fully on Friday. Williams missed last week's win over the Bills while he was in concussion protocol.
The Eagles did not elevate anyone from the practice squad.
For the 49ers, starting defensive tackle Arik Armstead is active after being limited in practice on Friday with a foot injury.
