The Eagles' Week 4 matchup will be a road battle against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It will be the first matchup between the two teams since the 2023 Wild Card game, where the Bucs came out victorious.
Tampa Bay won the NFC South last season and is confident in its group once again this year.
The Buccaneers re-signed many of their key players from the playoff team, including Baker Mayfield, Mike Evans, Lavonte David, and Antoine Winfield Jr., among others.
In a division that will once again be open for the taking, the division champions are ready to defend their title.

As Training Camp continues for both squads, here are some of the top storylines surrounding Tampa Bay, as told by Scott Reynolds of PewterReport.com:
What have been the biggest storylines for the Buccaneers so far in Training Camp?
"The biggest thing is they're adjusting to Liam Coen's new offense. He's the new offensive coordinator coming from the Los Angelos Rams organization, that Sean McVay coaching tree, and this is an offense that historically has given Todd Bowles defense some problems.
"(Baker) Mayfield has played in this offense for five weeks, so he's hit the ground running and has looked pretty good in camp so far. So I think the expectation for the Bucs' offense this year, with everybody back from Tristan Wirfs to Mike Evans and Baker Mayfield, and then adding some key pieces through the draft, is to increase the point production from 21 points per game last year to hopefully 24 points or more, and then also get their running game on track. And so far, so good for Tampa Bay's offense."
Where do the Buccaneers stand in terms of competing within the NFC South and the NFC as a whole?
"The Bucs are really pissed off right now, to be honest; they feel very disrespected. They went through this last year. Derek Carr comes to New Orleans right after Tom Brady retires. Baker Mayfield comes, he's kind of a journeyman at that point, and everybody picks the New Orleans Saints to be crowned the NFC South Champions, despite the fact that the Buccaneers won the NFC South in 2021 and 2022, so they took great offense to that and went out and won the division again.
"And this year, the Atlanta Falcons have imported Kirk Cousins, a very accomplished quarterback, but also a 36-year-old coming off of an Achilles injury going to a team that has a new head coach and new Offensive Coordinator in Zac Robinson, and the Falcons are the media darlings right now and predicted to win the NFC South, not the Buccaneers, who are the three-time defending NFC South Champions."
How does the defense look and are there any guys who are turning heads?
"The Bucs feel they've kind of leveled up in the football IQ department and they also feel like they've gotten faster. They had a lot of players that really took a big step last year – Calijah Kancey, their first-round pick, the defensive tackle; Yaya Diaby, their third-round pick, who ended up leading the team in sacks with 7.5; Antoine Winfield Jr., who turned into the best defensive back and also the highest-paid defensive back in the league last year. Lavonte David comes back for another season. So, they feel like this is a smart, fast, athletic defense, probably the most athletic defense that Todd Bowles had since the Super Bowl year." – Compiled by Liam Wichser
