Commanders vs. Eagles Injury Report

The entire Eagles' active roster is ready to go and available for Thursday's prime-time matchup with the Washington Commanders. And that includes Jordan Mailata, who has missed the last four games with a hamstring injury. Mailata was activated from Injured Reserve on Tuesday.

The Eagles held a walkthrough on Wednesday. If the Eagles had a full practice, everyone would have been a full participant except for wide receiver DeVonta Smith, who would have been limited with a hamstring injury.

Regardless, there are no Eagles on the game status report for Thursday night, meaning Smith is ready to fly.

Commanders rule out CB Marshon Lattimore

In his Wednesday media address, Commanders Head Coach Dan Quinn said that three players will be out for Thursday night – linebacker Nick Bellore, cornerback Marshon Lattimore, and kicker Austin Seibert.

Bellore, the team's leader in special teams tackles, is out with a knee injury.

Lattimore, who was acquired from the Saints at the trade deadline, has yet to make his Washington debut. He is out with a hamstring injury.

Kicker Austin Seibert will miss his second game in a row with a right hip injury. Zane Gonzales will replace Seibert at kicker.

The Commanders have three other players who are listed as questionable, all along the offensive line – starting left tackle Brandon Coleman (shoulder), reserve tackle Cornelius Lucas (ankle), and starting right tackle Andrew Wylie (shoulder). All three were limited on Wednesday.

One day closer to Thursday night's game against Washington and everyone is just a little bit healthier on the Eagles' roster.

The entire active roster and tackle Jordan Mailta, who is on Injured Reserve, would have practiced in some capacity on Tuesday. The Eagles held a walkthrough, so their injury report is an estimation.

"I'm feeling good. Just trusting in the daily targets that I'm setting every day just to try and prepare for this game," Mailata said on Tuesday after the team's walkthrough. "It's been a long time since I've been on the field, it feels like it has been. I'm pretty excited."

The Eagles waived tight end Jack Stoll on Tuesday, creating an open spot on the active roster if they choose to activate Mailata for Thursday night. Mailata has missed the last four games with a hamstring injury suffered in the Week 6 over Cleveland. Fred Johnson has started in Mailata's absence.

"Not too sure, yet. Not too sure. Just taking it day by day," Mailata said when asked if he's playing against the Commanders. "A ton more reps, need to knock the rust off. I got to feel confident in stepping on that field. I trust in the trainers and the program that they've set up for me in knowing that I was getting back for this game. Really just ticking off boxes just to get back on the field."

The Eagles did not practice on Monday, but if they had, four players would have missed practice: linebacker Nakobe Dean (groin), tight end Dallas Goedert (ankle), cornerback Darius Slay (ankle), and wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring).

All four of those players would have been limited participants on Tuesday.

Defensive end Bryce Huff (wrist) would have been a full participant again, along with Mailata.

• CB Darius Slay (Ankle)

No changes for Washington: CB Marshon Lattimore still sidelined

The Commanders held a walkthrough for the second day in a row on Tuesday, and their injury report remained the same as Monday's.

It looks like cornerback Marshon Lattimore, acquired from the Saints at the trade deadline, will have to wait until after the mini-bye to make his Washington debut. Lattimore would not have practiced again on Tuesday with a hamstring injury. At kicker, Zane Gonzalez is likely to get another week of action with Austin Seibert nursing a right hip injury. Linebacker Nick Bellore is sidelined with a knee injury.

Some of rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels' key teammates on offense would have been limited in practice on Tuesday – running back Brian Robinson Jr. (hamstring), both starting tackles in Brandon Coleman (shoulder) and Andrew Wylie (shoulder), and center Tyler Biadasz (ribs, thumb, and foot).

The game status report will be released on Wednesday.

Even though the Eagles were able to rest their starters in the fourth quarter of Sunday's win in Dallas, there are still some injuries to keep an eye on as the team moves quickly to prepare for Thursday night's game against the Washington Commanders.

The Eagles did not practice on Monday, but if they had, four players would have watched from the sidelines due to injury: linebacker Nakobe Dean (groin), tight end Dallas Goedert (ankle), cornerback Darius Slay (ankle), and wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring).

These are new injuries for Dean, Goedert, and Slay. Smith missed practice time last week with a hamstring injury, but it is uncertain if this is related to it. Smith played 49 snaps Sunday against the Cowboys before watching the end of the game as a spectator.

Defensive end Bryce Huff, who contributed a strip-sack in Sunday's win, would have been a full participant with a wrist injury.

Tackle Jordan Mailata, who had his practice window opened on Monday as he looks to return from Injured Reserve, would have been a full participant as well with the hamstring injury that has caused him to miss the past four games.

DID NOT PARTICIPATE
• LB Nakobe Dean (Groin)
• TE Dallas Goedert (Ankle)
• CB Darius Slay (Ankle)
• WR DeVonta Smith (Hamstring)

FULL PARTICIPATION

Marshon Lattimore still not practicing for Commanders

The Commanders made a trade at the deadline to acquire four-time Pro Bowl cornerback Marshon Lattimore from the New Orleans Saints. Lattimore is dealing with a hamstring injury and has yet to make his debut for the Commanders. The Commanders held a walkthrough on Monday and Lattimore would not have participated in a full practice.

Reserve linebacker Nick Bellore (knee) and kicker Austin Seibert (right hip) also would not have practiced for the Commanders.

Three members of the Washington offensive line – left tackle Brandon Coleman (shoulder), center Tyler Biadasz (ribs, thumb, and foot), and right tackle Andrew Wylie (shoulder) – would all have been limited on Monday, along with lead running back Brian Robinson Jr., who missed the Steelers game on Sunday with a hamstring injury.
