When the Eagles played the Dallas Cowboys on October 20, the defense was without a number of key starters from linebacker Nigel Bradham, cornerback Ronald Darby, defensive tackle Tim Jernigan, and cornerback Avonte Maddox.
For the rematch on Sunday, the Eagles will have all of those players available, including defensive end Derek Barnett, who returned to practice Friday after missing the past two games with an ankle injury.
Barnett was questionable for Sunday's game as was Maddox, who was added to the injury report as a limited participant on Friday due to a knee injury.
The offense will once again, however, be without wide receiver Nelson Agholor (knee) and running back Jordan Howard (shoulder). Below is the full list of the Eagles' inactive players:
WR Nelson Agholor: The wide receiver will miss his fourth game in five weeks with a knee injury. Greg Ward takes over in the slot for Agholor. J.J. Arcega-Whiteside and Robert Davis are the only other receivers on the active roster. The Eagles will feature more 12 personnel, and even 13 personnel, with two tight ends on the field (or three in 13) at the same time.
G Nate Herbig: The rookie free agent backup lineman made his NFL debut last week against Washington, but is inactive today.
RB Jordan Howard: Howard suffered his shoulder injury November 3 in the win over the Chicago Bears. Sunday will mark his sixth straight game out of action. Miles Sanders will start, coming off his career-best performance last week against Washington. Sanders became the first Eagles rookie to ever produce 170+ scrimmage yards (172), one rushing, and one receiving touchdown in the same game. Boston Scott was a critical change-up component in the win over Washington as the backup running back.
T Lane Johnson: The All-Pro tackle is out with an ankle injury that he incurred in the Week 14 win over the Giants. Halapoulivaati Vaitai starts at right tackle. Matt Pryor is active as an additional reserve lineman.
DE Shareef Miller: The rookie has not been active since he made his NFL debut in the October 27 win over Buffalo.
G Sua Opeta: The rookie free agent was promoted to the active roster on December 3, but has not yet been active for a regular-season game.
QB Nate Sudfeld: The Eagles will go with two active quarterbacks in Carson Wentz and Josh McCown.
