Defensive end Darryl Tapp was blunt when asked on Tuesday whether or not he would play Saturday against Dallas.
"They'll have to strap me to a chair for me not to play," Tapp said, also adding that he would practice on Tuesday.
Tapp suffered a broken rib two weeks ago in the win over Miami. Tapp missed Sunday's game against the Jets. The 6-1, 270-pound Tapp is tied for second on the team with six tackles for loss this season along with defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins. Tapp also has 36 total tackles, 2.5 sacks, 19 QB hurries and a forced fumble, which was returned for a touchdown in the season opener, this year.
The Eagles held a 10/10/10 practice on Tuesday that was closed to reporters. The Eagles are not required to release an injury report until Wednesday.
