The Philadelphia Eagles and Audacy are proud to announce that the 2021 Eagles Radiothon, presented by Firstrust Bank and The Green Family Foundation, raised $350,168 for the Eagles Autism Foundation. From Monday, August 30 to Wednesday, September 8, Eagles fans and SportsRadio 94WIP (WIP-FM) listeners had the opportunity to bid on exclusive experiences involving their favorite Eagles players and SportsRadio 94WIP radio personalities. All proceeds will benefit the Eagles Autism Foundation, the team's public organization, whose goal is to power scientific breakthroughs that will have a transformational impact on the autism community, not just in Philadelphia but around the world.
"We continue to be amazed by the generosity and support our community has shown for the Eagles Radiothon year after year," said Ryan Hammond, Executive Director of the Eagles Autism Foundation. "We want to thank everyone involved for making this year's event a success. Each and every person who donated is making a difference in the lives of those affected by autism because every dollar raised will support groundbreaking research and care in the field of autism. This would not be possible without Firstrust Bank and the Green Family Foundation, SportsRadio 94WIP and the unwavering generosity and commitment of Eagles fans everywhere."
"Firstrust Bank and the Green Family Foundation are extremely grateful to have been involved with the Eagles Radiothon again this year as Presenting Sponsor," said Tim Abell, President of Firstrust Bank. "We are proud to partner with the Philadelphia Eagles, the Eagles Autism Foundation and 94WIP in this important work to help raise funds that will positively impact autism research and care in our community."
Supporters were able to place bids during the following SportsRadio 94WIP shows: "Angelo Cataldi and the Morning Team," "Joe DeCamara & Jon Ritchie" and "Jon Marks & Ike Reese."
"We're thrilled to have played a role in another successful Eagles Radiothon alongside our friends at the Philadelphia Eagles," said David Yadgaroff, Senior Vice President and Market Manager, Audacy Philadelphia. "This yearly event is always a testament to the dedication and passion our listeners have for our local community, and to be able to lend our voice to come together for a worthy cause is something we're extremely proud of."
