On Wednesday afternoon, the Eagles announced that linebacker Paul Worrilow has been signed to a one-year contract through the 2019.
Worrilow, a Wilmington, Delaware native, signed with the Eagles prior to the 2018 season, but was lost for the year after suffering a knee injury early on in Organized Team Activities. Originally an undrafted rookie out of Delaware, Worrilow played his first four seasons with Atlanta before a one-year stop in Detroit.
In 72 career regular-season games (52 starts), Worrilow has recorded 412 tackles, 11 passes defensed, 4.0 sacks, 3 forced fumbles, 2 fumble recoveries and 2 interceptions.
As was the case in 2018, Worrilow will look to add depth to the Eagles' linebackers group and provide a boost on special teams as well.
