The Eagles announced on Tuesday that they have elevated defensive end Cameron Malveaux and linebacker JaCoby Stevens from the practice squad to the active roster as COVID-19 replacements for Saturday's game against the Dallas Cowboys.
Malveaux, a 6-foot-6, 265-pound end, played in each of the past two Eagles victories, totaling 39 snaps on defense. Stevens, a rookie out of LSU, made his NFL debut last Sunday in Washington and made his first career tackle on special teams.
The Eagles protected the following practice squad players from being signed to another team this week:
• G/T Kayode Awosika
• WR John Hightower
• DB Jared Mayden
• DB Mac McCain
The Eagles also activated tight end Noah Togiai from the Practice Squad Reserve/COVID-19 list.
