Sad news out of Hawaii on Monday as former Eagles defensive end Daniel Te'o-Nesheim has passed away at the age of 30.
Te'o-Nesheim was drafted by the Eagles in the third round of the 2010 NFL Draft out of Washington where he finished his college career as the school's all-time leader in sacks. He played six games for the Eagles as a rookie but played his final three seasons for the Bucs. In 2012, he started in 12 contests and had a career-high four sacks.
He returned to the Hawaii Preparatory Academy, where he played high school football, this past year to be the team's head coach.
