The Eagles announced on Friday that they have placed guard Matt Pryor on the Reserve/COVID-19 list. The Reserve/COVID-19 list was created for a player who either tests positive for COVID-19 or who has been in close contact with an infected person or persons. Pryor is the first player to be placed on the list since the start of the regular season.
Pryor was added to the injury report on Thursday. Head Coach Doug Pederson said on Friday morning that Pryor was going to miss this Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens. The 25-year-old Pryor, a sixth-round pick in 2018, played in all five games with three starts in 2020. He took over at left guard for Isaac Seumalo in Week 2 against the Rams, then started at right guard in each of the past three games.
Jamon Brown, a veteran with 60 career regular-season games of experience, will start at right guard.
